When should I use this oil?

We advise daily usage, once a day at bedtime for the skin. For Hair, a weekly ritual as a pre-wash hair oil will result in improved scalp health. For the body, apply and massage regularly onto any area that is stressed & dull for healthy, nourished skin over 3-4 weeks.
